Abstract This Order entitles Federal Fisheries Committee and the Ministry of Natural Resources to make amendments to the total allowable catch of pacific salmon, as regards single fishing areas and single regions, in accordance with the recommendations of research institutes.It fixes the quota of 170780,8 tons of pacific salmon of total allowable catch for inland fisheries and contiguous zone in the Russian Far East. This quota must be sub-divided in accordance with the Annex. The Government the permit to Federal Fisheries Committee for the allocation of 6550 tons of pacific salmon to be caught in the territorial sea and Exclusive Economic Zone with the use of special fishing vessels for research and stock enhancement purposes.
