Abstract The Government decrees to validate the Regulations. Section IV of the Regulation on retail trade regards the particulars of retail trade of foodstuffs specifying that information regarding foodstuffs must comply with compulsory standards and must contain the following data: the list of food ingredients, including food additives, categories of users (for infant food, medical and prophylactic food and dietary food), compliance certificate of the producer, conditions of storage and production date. Sec.V establishes the particulars of retail trade of spirituous liquors. Retail trade of spirituous liquors is carried out in accordance with special permit. Spirituous liquors complying with compulsory standard requirements and technical conditions are subject to retail trade. Spirituous liquors must be stored in accordance with normative requirements for the respective type of produce. Sec VI establishes the particulars for retail trade of fruits and vegetables. It specifies that transportation of fruits and vegetables to the delivery points, their processing and vending (trade) must be carried out in packages ensuring their safe keeping. Transportation of fruits and vegetables without packages is prohibited. Sec.XIV regards the particulars of trade of wild animals and plants. Shop assistant must show information regarding: reference number and date of authorization (licence) for hunting (procurement) of wild animals and plants issued in accordance with the legislation currently in force, reference number and date of certificate for the registration of trophies. Sec.XVI regards the particulars of trade of pesticides and agro-chemicals. Trade of pesticides and agro-chemicals for subsidiary small-holding must be carried out in accordance with the information contained in certificate on state registration of pesticides or agro-chemicals. Regulation on produce (service) for public catering consists of III Sections. Sec.I lays down general provisions. Sec.II establishes the modalities of control over the observance of the present Regulation. Sec.III classifies the types of infringement of the present Regulation.
