The purpose of forming a data model is to ensure: (a) collection of the necessary and sufficient description of the composition of the data, contained in the indicators, the collection and insertion of which is performed by authorized bodies within the framework of monitoring; (b) establishing links between the data contained in the monitoring indicators; (c) control of the completeness and coherence of the data contained in the monitoring indicators; and (d) unified approach when describing the composition of monitoring data and links between monitoring data in the implementation of information interaction between monitoring participants and other relevant authorities.
