Abstract This Regulation establishes the procedure for the creation, development and operation of the Federal State Information System for the traceability of pesticides and agrochemicals, including the rules for registering and submitting data and information to the information system, the deadlines for submitting data and information, requirements for ensuring access to information contained in such system, as well as the forms and procedure for sending requests for the provision of information also using public information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet information and telecommunication network, including the federal state information system "Unified portal of state and municipal services (functions)". The information system is created in order to ensure accounting of batches of pesticides and agrochemicals during their handling (production (manufacturing), storage, transportation (movement), application, sale, neutralization, management, destruction and disposal), as well as the implementation of analysis, processing of data and information contained in the information system and control over the reliability of such data and information. The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance is the customer and operator of the information system, carries out activities for its creation, development and operation, including the automated collection, storage, processing, generalization of information contained in its databases, as well as the provision of this information to interested parties.
