This Governmental Decree enters into force after the day of its first official publication.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the organization of trading markets, requirements for the maintenance of the territory, equipment and furnishings of trading market, including retail trade markets, wholesale trade markets, and food markets. When organizing a market, the requirements of sanitary rules shall be complied with "Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for Wholesale and Retail Trade Facilities of food products" approved by the authorized body in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population in accordance with acting legislation. At the communal market there must be information boards on current retail prices for socially important food products, according to the validated by the Government list of socially important foodstuffs. The list of food items prohibited for sale on the market is determined by requirements of sanitary regulations. Veterinary and sanitary expertise in the markets is mandatory. The sale of raw materials of animal origin without veterinary and sanitary examination is prohibited. Goods (products) are allowed to circulate on the market in accordance with established rules of their circulation on the market in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation in the field of technical regulation, as well as the safety requirements set for food products. Goods that have lost quality during sale and have passed into the category of poor quality goods, shall be removed from trade.
