Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force 15 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for labelling of certain categories of commodities, produced on the national territory or imported to Kyrgyz Republic, subject to mandatory labelling, by digital identification means. Alcoholic beverages shall be subject to mandatory labelling by digital identification means. Presence of digital identification label on goods subject to mandatory labelling with digital identification means is a mandatory condition for storage, trade and transportation on the national territory (except for goods placed under customs procedure of international transit). Business entities importing goods to Kyrgyz Republic from the territory of Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) must mark them prior to introduction thereof to the territory of Kyrgyz Republic.
