It shall be applicable to all business entities, including cotton and textile producers and clusters, cultivating raw cotton and cereals. The object of insurance shall be property interests related to a possible loss of damage of crop yield as a result of insurance risks. Insurance of the future harvest of raw cotton and cereal crops and payment of insurance indemnities in case of an insured accident shall be carried out in accordance with the scheme provided in Annex 1. Local government shall allocate preferential loans to farmers for insurance of risks for yield of raw cotton and cereals based upon estimates of value of gross yield.
