Abstract This Governmental Decree defines general labelling requirements for labelling of goods the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the creation of a structure and definition of the functions of the State automated information system for labelling of goods, as part of the State information systems of electronic fiscal procedures. Listed commodities (liquors, soft drinks and beverages, inter alia) produced on the territory of Kyrgyz Republic or imported thereto shall be subject to mandatory labelling. State automated information system for labelling of goods is a centralized information resource, that generates data on manufactured and imported goods sold in the territory of Kyrgyz Republic for further use for the purpose of control and monitoring of the turnover of goods in the supply chain, on their way from manufacturer/importer to the consumer.
