Entry into force notes: This Governmental Decree enters into force 15 days after the date of its official publication.

Abstract: This Governmental Decree sets forth the following criteria for selection of water supply and sewerage systems for public financing of construction and rehabilitation thereof: (a) availability of general land-use planning urban scheme; (b) geographic location; (c) number of the population; (d) correlation of infectious diseases transferred by water per year calculated per one thousand persons; (e) confirmation of local community for co-financing of works; (f) availability of design estimate documentation; and (g) technical state of water supply facilities.
