Entry into force notes: This Governmental Decree enters into force 15 days after the date of its official publication.

Abstract: This Governmental Decree sets forth the provisions related to manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol, and processing, storage, wholesale and retail trade of liquors. Licensing authority shall be the ministry of Agriculture, Food Industry and Land Reclamation. Natural and legal persons performing the aforesaid activities must apply for license. Licenses shall be unalienable. Performance of activities subject to mandatory licensing without license of with infringements of licensing terms and conditions shall entail administrative and penal liability.
