The objectives of the State Program shall be as follows: (a) meeting the needs of the domestic market in a reliable, high-quality and economically sound supply of electricity; (b) improving the efficiency of extraction, manufacturing and processing of hydrocarbon resources to meet internal and external demand for them; (c) increasing the efficiency of production, mining and processing of coal raw materials to meet domestic and foreign demand for them; and (d) assistance to innovative and digital development of the fuel and energy complex.
