The Service performs the following tasks: (a) promoting the implementation of labour, migration and employment legislation; (b) facilitating the provision of benefits and payments to workers working in difficult working conditions; (c) promoting the development of social partnerships between employers and trade unions; (d) contributing to improving the legal knowledge of employers and workers regarding labour legislation, labour protection and working conditions, internal (voluntary) and environmental migration and employment; (e) promoting employment, organizing the labour market, creating new jobs and maintaining existing jobs; and (f) other tasks that contribute to the development of labour, migration and employment.
