Governmental Decree No. 245 validating the Statute of State enterprise "Center for development of ethnic culture and equestrian industry" under the state Agency of physical training and sports under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".

This Governmental Decree validates the Statute of state State enterprise "Center for development of ethnic culture and equestrian industry" under the state Agency of physical training and sports under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" instituted by the Government. The scope of the Center shall be conservation and promotion of ethnic culture, traditional sports of nomadic peoples and development of horse breeding, including horse breeding for recreational purposes. Public horse breeding Center shall perform husbandry of equine species, horse reproduction and trade of pedigree horses.
