The List includes cereals, milk, butter, meat, sugar, eggs and potatoes. The Procedure establishes that, depending upon the specific goods, one of the following methods of price regulation for socially important goods applies: (a) price surcharges; (b) maximum prices; and (c) maximum or minimum price surcharges.
