Abstract

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for certification of medicines, including infant food, food for special dietary uses, food additives and mineral water of national and foreign origin authorized for internal trade. The competent certification authority shall be the State Supervision Service over Pharmaceutical Activities. The scope of certification shall be to ensure safety of products, compliance thereof with the established requirements and ensure consumer protection. All products submitted for certification must pass mandatory laboratory testing by specialized accredited laboratories. Annex 3 contains the form of certificate.
