Abstract This Regulation establishes the procedure for licensing of space activities carried out by legal entities on territory of the Russian Federation and other territories over which the Russian Federation exercises jurisdiction in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the norms of international law, and also the procedure for organizing and implementing the federal state license control (supervision) of space activities. Licensing of space activities is carried out by State Corporation for Space Activities "Roscosmos". It establishes licensing terms and conditions. Federal state licensing control (supervision) for space activity is carried out by licensing authority. When exercising license control, the following preventive actions are carried out: (a) informing; (b) generalization of law enforcement practice; (c) announcement of a warning; (d) counseling; and (e) preventive visit.
