This Governmental Decree enters into force on 1 March 2023.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the procedure for conducting evacuation measures in case of a risk of occurrence or occurrence of emergency situations of a natural and man-made origin. Evacuation measures are carried out in order to: (a) save lives and preserve the health of people who are in areas where there is a risk of emergency situations, or in emergency zones; (b) reduce material losses in emergency situations; and (c) preserve material and cultural values in emergency situations. The main principles of conducting evacuation measures are: (a) planning and preparation of accommodation of the population, material and cultural values in safe areas (places); (b) priority use of vehicles for carrying out evacuation measures; (c) ensuring the protection of public order and conservation of property of the population in emergency zones during evacuation activities and in safe areas (places); (d) ensuring the return of citizens to places of permanent residence, as well as material and cultural values in places of permanent storage after the elimination of the risk of emergency or liquidation of an emergency; and (e) informing the public about the progress of emergency rescue operations and other urgent work.
