This Governmental Decree enters into force on the date of signature.
Abstract

This Governmental Decree validates the procedure for import and export of commodities necessary for uninterrupted subsistence of the population and economy for the period of emergency situation. Commodities of high social importance required for uninterrupted subsistence of the population shall be considered commodities with high risks of increase of prices on internal market and required for ensuring food security. Regulation shall be performed through tariff regulation or prohibition of import/export of some categories of commodities.
