Abstract This Governmental Decree establishes three levels of access to geological information: (a) data room access, i.e. without copying and taking information out of data room; (b) user access authorizing copying of geological information; and (c) packet mode access authorizing purchase of packet (batch) of information. Packet mode access to geological information shall be subject to mandatory issuance of license and subject to payment of licensing fees.
