Abstract This Governmental Decree establishes that the scope of land cadastre shall be to provide state bodies of all levels, natural and legal persons with the informationrelated to land areas and land quality located within the boundaries of urban areas, local government, districts and at the national level. Land cadastre represents the system of continuoing documented display of information related to the state of land stock, modifications and amendments therein, land categories, land area dimensions, boundaries of land plots, loaction and mapping thereof, and textual description and assessm,ent of land areas. Land cadastre data shall be used as basis for survey and land-use planning. Land cadastre shall have as its purpose data collection, storage, processing, search and supply to users land registration dcumentation.
