This Governmental Decree enters into force on the date of signature.
Abstract

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for setting price ceilings for foodstuffs and other commodities required for uninterrupted subsistence of the population and economy. Price ceilings shall be applicable for each single category of commodities on the territory of the capital, cities of national significance and provinces. The list of commodities is formed taking into account the high social significance of commodities in the current period and high risks of price growth for it in the period of validity of the state of emergency. The total projected increase in commodity prices for 2020 should not exceed 10 %.
