This Governmental Decree enters into force on 22 November 2014.
Abstract

This Governmental Decree validates: (a) maximum permissible levels of antimicrobial residues in the foodstuffs of animal origin during processing of food raw materials in accordance with Annex 1; (b) maximum permissible levels of drug residues in foodstuffs of animal origin during processing of raw materials of animal origin in accordance with the Annex 2; and (c) maximum permissible levels of insecticides in the foodstuffs of animal origin during processing of food raw materials in accordance with Annex 3.
