Abstract This Resolution, composed of two articles and one Annex, approves the guidelines for the National Energy Policy. The Energy Policy, annexed to the Resolution, defines the general objectives and indicates the measures for its implementation. Among its objectives: market liberalization; reducing energy intensity in the product; reducing energy costs; improvement of service quality; security of supply and collection; diversification of energy sources and exploitation of endogenous resources; minimization of the environmental impact.
