Abstract This Government Resolution aims at the recognition of the Right to Equal Remuneration for Men and Women for Work of Equal Value. In particular, it establishes that the bodies that are supervised by the ministries and secretariats of State and companies in the State's business sector prepare a detailed report by the end of December each year, on the remuneration paid to women and men and the unjustified differences verified and, within the same period, send a copy to the member of the Government responsible for the area of gender equality.
