It takes public supply of essential goods, as a constitutional right and moral obligation. Monitoring for possible interventions on pricing and supply of fundamental food, including the essentials to building and civil engineering. Ensuring occasionally the import and supply of rice and cooking oil, assuming the related to the transport costs, the stocking and availability free to whom are entitled to it, and to safeguard the participation of sector wholesalers at subsidized prices.
