Abstract This Government Resolution creates the National Commission for Avian Influenza Prevention. This Commission aims at protecting and preserving the animal and human health, by reducing the risk of contamination of avian influenza among animal and human beings. The Annex specifies protecting measures to be taken and respective teams in order to preserve the above mentioned sector as follows: Investigation and Control of Avian Influenza High Pathogenic to Animals and to Humans (young and elders).
