Abstract: This Resolution is composed of seven Chapters divided in 39 articles and three Annexes. It approves the Management Plan for the “Montesinho” Natural Park (POPNM). It is an inter-municipal management plan comprised within the Municipalities of Bragança and Vinhais. It defines areas subject to special protection and rules on the possible land uses and activities. Particular attention is paid in the regulation of areas subject to specific intervention requirements and of areas not subject to protection regime.
