Abstract This Resolution approves the annexed Management Plan Regulation of “Vale do Guadiana” Natural Park. The Regulation, composed of 48 articles and divided into 7 chapters, indicates the priority objectives, the forbidden activities and classifies the areas subject to a special protection regime. Moreover, it rules on the zoning criteria and related management requirements and use permissions. Finally, it regulates the monitoring procedures, the penalties and subsequent sanctions.
