The objective of this Government Regulation specifies: a) the determination of standard criteria for soil damage in biomass production, not including biomass from aquaculture farm activities; and b) procedures for preventing and overcoming soil damage and restoring soil conditions. Criteria for national soil damage in agricultural, plantation and plantation activities include: a) standard criteria for soil damage due to water erosion; b) standard criteria for soil damage on dry land; c) standard criteria for soil damage in wetlands. The criteria can be reviewed at least once every 5 years and are listed in the attachment.
