Abstract

The procedure for giving notification of dangerous products detected in the course of market supervision applies upon notifying foreign states of products, which are identified as dangerous in the course of market supervision within the territory of Estonia. The member states of the European union, associated countries, and states with whom a corresponding agreement is entered into shall be notified pursuant to this Regulation.
