Abstract

This Government Regulation establishes the sanctions to be paid for the non-adherence in tobacco cultivation to the regulated annual pause. It consists of 6 articles specifying the measures to be applied in compliance with article 1 of Order No. 924/71 (including the destruction of the cultivation). The authorities entitled authorities to carry out controls on this sector are specified in the text.
