Abstract This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 23 articles and nine Annexes, sets out health requirements applicable to the marketing of aquaculture animals and products. Aquaculture animals may be placed on the market as long as (i) they do not show any clinical symptoms of a disease; (ii) do not come from a farm which is subject to restrictions due to health reasons.
