The Ordinance enters into force on 1 May 2006.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of seven articles and two Annexes, establishes rules on minimum quantity of active substances produced from renewable sources of energy used for transport purposes as the substitute of motor gas and motor oil placed on the market in the Slovak Republic. Annex 1 contains the index of technical rules which must be fulfilled by active substances.
