Abstract The aim of this Government Ordinance is to contribute to the protection of the environment and human health by controlling emissions from internal combustion engines to be installed in non-road machines. The present Ordinance, which is composed of 20 articles and two Annexes, lays down measures to reduce emissions of gaseous and pollutants of engines installed in non-road machinery and regulates approval of engines installed in non-road machines due to emissions.
