Abstract This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 23 articles and four Annexes, regulates the marketing of seed of oil and fibre plants. It specifies the groups of oils and fibre plants which must be registered and fulfill the conditions established by the Act on varieties and seeds. Further provisions lay down quality standards for seed of oil and fibre plants and related marketing conditions (including labelling and packaging).
