Abstract This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 12 articles and six Annexes, establishes specific animal health conditions applicable during the transport of sheep and goats and their trade with other European Community Member States. Sheep and goats intended for slaughter and sheep and goats for breeding and fattening must be marked and registered in order to identify the animal farm, center or establishment of origin.
