Abstract

This Government Ordinance, consisting of 9 articles and one Annex, establishes grazing land lease procedure, set-up and operation of spatial control committees for the allocation of land use rights, during the transitional period until the approval of the management plans for grazing. Article 3 specifies grazing land lease procedure as follows: 1. application procedures for the breeders shall be notified by appropriate means by the competent DAOK in order to obtain information on the area allocated. 2. breeders are informed about the allocated area in a global distribution list (with all the beneficiaries and the areas allocated to them). 3. after 30 days, DAOK will attach to the online application the total list of the signatures of the breeders who received knowledge. 4. Breeders who do not respond to DAOK's notice within 30 days shall be deemed to accept the distribution as such and lose the right to apply for land redeployment for the following year. Article 4 defines the payment of the lease for eligible grazing lands.
