Abstract This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 24 articles and four Annexes, sets out provisions governing the marketing of seed of vegetable species, with particular regard to the properties and conditions to be fulfilled by seed as well as their registration. Further provisions regard the labelling and packaging of seed as well as the requirements to be met by imported seed materials.
