Abstract This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 25 articles and four Annexes, sets out minimum requirements for the control of certain fish diseases. All farms rearing or keeping fish susceptible to list I or list II diseases are registered by the official service and a record must be kept. Annex 2 contains the index of national referential laboratories of fish diseases. Annex 2 defines competences and activities of referential laboratory of European Community for fish diseases.
