The ordinance enters into force on 1 August 2003.

Abstract

In compliance with European Community legislation, this Ordinance sets out measures for the control of certain animal diseases and specific measures relating to swine vesicular disease. Owners and holders of animals must inform the competent authority without any delay in case of outbreak of one of the diseases specified in Annex 2.
