The Ordinance enters into force on 1 August 2003.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 13 articles and five Annexes, sets out the procedures for collecting information on zoonoses and zoonotic agents and establishes provisions concerning the prevention of zoonoses. Annex 2 contains the index of zoonoses. Annex 3 specifies criteria for preparing plans for monitoring salmonella in poultry.
