Abstract The Government Ordinance, which is composed of 22 articles and five Annexes, establishes conditions and requirements for material of vegetative propagation of the vine. Further it lays down: quality requirements to be met by material of vegetative propagation of the vine; requirements for the production of material of vegetative propagation of the vine; conditions of marketing of propagation material of vegetative propagation of the vine; conditions of control of imported material of vegetative propagation of the vine; details on packaging and labelling of material of vegetative propagation of the vine; way and scope of control of the quality of material of vegetative propagation of the vine placed on the market.
