The Ordinance enters into force on 1 May 2004.
Abstract

The Government Ordinance, which is composed of 22 articles and five Annexes, establishes conditions and requirements for material of vegetative propagation of the vine. Further it lays down: quality requirements to be met by material of vegetative propagation of the vine; requirements for the production of material of vegetative propagation of the vine; conditions of marketing of propagation material of vegetative propagation of the vine; conditions of control of imported material of vegetative propagation of the vine; details on packaging and labelling of material of vegetative propagation of the vine; way and scope of control of the quality of material of vegetative propagation of the vine placed on the market.
