The Ordinance enters into force on 24 November 2012.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance lays down some amendments and addenda to the Ordinance on measures to reduce emissions from internal combustion engines to be installed in non-road machines. In particular, the present Ordinance amends requirements for producers of engines (specified in art. 6 of the amended Ordinance) and conditions of marketing of engines (Annex 1) from the point of view of generated emissions.
