Abstract This Government Ordinance lays down some amendments and addenda to the Ordinance on measures to reduce emissions from internal combustion engines to be installed in non-road machines. In particular, the present Ordinance amends requirements for producers of engines (specified in art. 6 of the amended Ordinance) and conditions of marketing of engines (Annex 1) from the point of view of generated emissions.
