Abstract

These Regulations amend the Government Fees Regulations 1976 by revoking and replacing the Schedule to those Regulations. The Schedule sets out fees to be charged under various Acts including: the Agriculture Act 1930, the Bermuda National Parks Act 1986, the Care and Protection of Animals Act 1975, the Endangered Animals and Plants Act 2006, the Development and Planning Act 1974, the Fisheries Act 1972, the Land Title Registration Act 2011, the Marine Board Act 1962, the Public Health Act 1949, the Water Resources Act and the Veterinary Practitioners Act 2008. As for the Water Resources Act fees are prescribed for: considering an application for a new water right under section 11; issuing a well-digger’s licence under section 23; lodging any notice of appeal to the Minister under section 31.
