This Government Decree entered into force on 5 March 2015.
Abstract

The present Decree applies to the control of highly pathogenic avian influenza in wild birds. It sets out measures to be taken when the disease is detected in wild birds, including the establishment of a restriction zone, as prescribed in Section 33 of the Act on Animal Diseases. The duties of competent authorities within such restriction zones are described, including the obligation to conduct inspections and monitoring duties.
