This Act entered into force on 1 May 2002.
Abstract

The present Government Decree lays down further provisions on the implementation of the Act on preventing wild oat. It applies to all measures aimed at controlling wild oats and prevent its spread. It lays down provisions on notification obligation of land holders, inspections, the elaboration of a control plan, the wild oat register, the inspection plan, etc.
