An application must state the animal species concerned by the derogation and the number of animals to be hunted, if the derogation concerns the capturing or killing of a certain individual or individuals. The Decree, among other things, concerns assessment of the preconditions for derogations by the Finnish Wildlife Agency, specifies conditions for derogation concerning capturing or killing individuals of certain animal species and derogation for disabled persons and provides rules for the hunting of bears in the reindeer herding area by virtue of a quota.
