Abstract

This Decree provides for compensation from State funds of damage caused by bear, wolf, wolverine and lynx (predatory animals) to humans, traffic, agriculture, livestock, reared animals, inanimate chattels and reindeer. Compensation for damage to cultivated areas, animals and chattels must be claimed in the form approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The municipal rural business authority can carry out an inspection at the site where the damages to cultivated areas, animals or chattels occurred.
