The consolidated text of the Decree entered into force on 1 April 2015. Abstract This Government Decree lays down rights and obligations relating to the exploitation of mines. This Regulation aims at performing the following activities: a) maintain mining activities created or developed by a mining need, maintenance of their bedrock and shore after completion of the mining activity, the utilization of the water resources for mining purpose, and (b) natural and legal persons exercising or exercising rights in respect of the maintenance, maintenance or exploitation of mines referred to in point (a) and companies without legal personality. In order to authorize the maintenance and utilization of the mine operation, the owner of the property affected by the mining - within one year after the notification of the mining decision - has to apply to the water authority to attach the annexes specified in the separate legislation to the water management operating license.
