First entry into force on 14 May 2010. The last consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 1 April 2015.

Abstract

This Government Decree establishes measures relating to the export of agricultural and food products. The Government, acting within the scope of its responsibilities regulates the following related matter: export certificate registered; export tax as a payment obligation imposed on a unit of quantity by the Community legislation relating to the export of a given product; export certificate as goods which can be shipped from the territory of the European Community to the customer initiating the export procedure; export refund per unit of quantity laid down by Community legislation for the export of a given product; certain processed agricultural and food products not listed in Annex 1 to the Treaty establishing the European Community; export refunds used in the manufacture of the processed product for the customer, etc. The application for the export certificate shall include the customer registration number.
